I Changed My Mind, Can I Cancel My Order?: All orders ship the next business day first thing. We will not be able to issue a cancellation and refund once the merchandise has left our warehouse. If you would still like a refund after receiving the merchandise please follow the steps described in the return/exchange policy above.

Will you refund the cost of shipping if I return my order?: MassagePower only covers the cost of return shipping if the product was damaged in transit or was defective. However, you may be eligible for free return shipping if you made a payment using PayPal. Refund of shipping costs will be handled by PayPal. How Long Does It Take To Process A Refund? Please wait up to 10 business days after our team has received the returned merchandise to process a refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since our team has confirmed with you via email that the merchandise has arrived please contact us.
