Product Return/Exchange Policy: Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of product delivery. To initiate a return you MUST complete and send this Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to We will NOT under ANY circumstance accept a return without this form being completed and sent to our team. After our team confirms receipt of this form may you proceed with the return process.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your merchandise has arrived damaged in transit or defective please initiate a warranty claim as soon as possible. We make every effort to resolve these types of claims as quickly as possible for you. We may require additional information such as pictures of the damaged/defective product to better assist you. I Received The Wrong Item: If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item we will cover the return shipping and replacement cost 100%. Just let us know on the contact page.

I Changed My Mind, Can I Cancel My Order?: All orders ship the next business day first thing. We will not be able to issue a cancellation and refund once the merchandise has left our warehouse. If you would still like a refund after receiving the merchandise please follow the steps described in the return/exchange policy above.

Will you refund the cost of shipping if I return my order?: MassagePower only covers the cost of return shipping if the product was damaged in transit or was defective. How Long Does It Take To Process A Refund? Please wait up to 10 business days after our team has received the returned merchandise to process a refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since our team has confirmed with you via email that the merchandise has arrived please contact us.
